Wild Pesto Workshop - April 23rd

$10.00

Join CCE Broome Nutrition Educator Ann Supa and local foraging expert Cam Winzinger for an evening of wild fun making Foraged Pesto! Participants will learn about sustainable foraging practices, how to ID edible spring plants, and how to make a pesto with these wild ingredients. Participants will be able to sample some foraged pesto during the class and will also take the pesto they create home.

As a reminder, we will be working with some foraged ingredients, but this is not a full-scope foraging workshop. Never eat anything found outdoors unless you are 100% confident in its ID or are with someone who is.
