Join our Nutrition Educator, Ann Supa, and chef & owner of Flaming Bag Catering, Amy Wieber, in this Sourdough Bread & Soup Workshop.
The holidays are behind us and we are settling into the cold winter nights of January. A warm, crusty loaf of sourdough paired with a creamy soup is such a comforting combination - the perfect winter meal. We will be preparing a classic crusty loaf of sourdough bread alongside a creamy soup that will warm your soul. Each participant will go home with a loaf of bread to bake, sourdough starter, and their very own soup to enjoy.

- Cost: $50 per person
Requirements:
- Attendees must be a minimum of 14 years old.
- Closed-toed shoes are required.
- Proof of registration (Order Number or Confirmation Code) is required for participation.
Additional Information:
- Tickets must be purchased directly from the CCE Broome County Shopify page.
- Personal sales and resales are not permitted or honored.
- Refunds are granted if notified at least 72 hours in advance.
Attendees are welcome to bring their own wine or beverage of choice to enjoy during the workshop.
