In this class, we will learn how to make the perfect crust, demystify the science of pie and impress even your mother in law.
We will be making holiday pies in this class. Class will include an in depth instruction by Trained Pastry Chef Danielle Claudia as well as pie assembly, tastings, and decorating techniques. Ingredients and supplies are included so all you’ll need to bring is yourself and beverage of your choice. Let’s Make, Bake and Have Fun!
