Canning With Ann - Preserving Meats


Join our resident Master Preserver, Ann Supa on Wednesday, October 24 from 6 to 8 pm for Canning With Ann - Preserving Meats!

We will look at 2 different ways to preserve meats. We will be making beef jerky in a dehydrator and using a pressure canner to can chicken or beef. Each participant will go home with a sample of each process. Sign up today as space is limited!
