Bûche de Noël
Bûche de Noël (Yule Log) is French for Christmas Cake! A sponge cake, rolled, with whipped cream, then decorated to resemble a Yule Log. Join Chef Danielle as she takes you through the steps to make this festive Holiday cake! Each student will bring home their very own Bûche de Noël. Supplies and ingredients are included, please just bring a beverage of your choice, and a festive holiday spirit!
