Founded in 1979, Cutler Botanic Garden is an educational resource and a place of interest and beauty in New York’s Southern Tier. The garden is divided into 13 specialized demonstration areas - annuals, perennials, daylilies, herbs, heathers, rock garden, native habitat area, roses, vegetables, trees and shrubs, ornamental grasses, shade plants and propagation. Enjoy a leisurely walk or sit and take in the view from the comfort of a bench. Free and open daily from dawn to dusk. Sustained and maintained by Cornell Cooperative Extension of Broome County, grants and donations from the public.
